We look to strike a balance between support and autonomy. From the beginning we will be on hand to guide and inform new affiliate groups until they’re ready to stand on their own, and we understand that this can’t be where the help ends. So ongoing guidance will available from the leadership team, indefinitely.
In return, we expect affiliate groups to rise to the many challenges ahead of them.
Once your application has been approved, you will begin the onboarding process. This involves us immersing you in the AWW ethos, meeting the leadership team and familiarising yourself with all aspects of the organisation. You will learn what our expectations are and we will in turn get to know you, understand what your goals are, what your limitations are, your strengths and the areas you will best benefit from hands-on help. By the end of the induction process, you will understand us, and we hope to understand you.
After the induction, and your affiliate group is up and running, we will remain by your side helping you establish your presence, building the relationships you need with the justice system officials and fine-tuning your group in such a way that the methodology can be applied, standards can be maintained, services can be offered and revenue can begin to be generated.
